Do to Covid-19 we are limiting our trips to the USPS to once a week. All orders will be shipped on Mondays. Thank you for you patience!
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All Expedited Two-Day orders are shipped with USPS. For Expedited Shipping, orders must be placed by 10am EST (M-F) to be shipped the same day. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends.
We do not refund original or return shipping charges. All shipping charges are considered non-refundable.
We do not ship to third party shippers.
Delivery times exclude holidays, Saturdays & Sundays.
Please keep in mind that we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We ship to all 52 States (including Alaska & Hawaii). Sorry, at this time we do not ship out of the USA.

Lost/ Delayed Packages:
ANDARA is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. If your package should fail to make it to you, we will do everything we possibly can to track it down, but claims should be placed with the carrier USPS.
